E-Board Re-election for 2024-2025
Positions available:
President: Will be the official head of the Executive Board; create agendas and lead the meetings of the Executive Board; Collaborate with other Executive Board members that social and community events are coordinated (i.e. spaces are booked, event forms are filled out, and social media is coordinated), Oversee that the ALD Facebook Page is up to date and active.
Vice President: Will perform President in the absence of the President. The Vice President shall be responsible for the design and implementation of a community service/volunteerism project during the academic calendar year.
Social Media Coordinator: Shall be responsible for designing social media relating to the events, deadlines, and other information relating to Alpha Lambda Delta. Will work with other members of the team to ensure proper scheduling and info relating to the events planned.
Secretary and Historian: Shall be responsible for recording of attendance and minutes from each meeting and uploading them on the ALD Trello board. In addition, the Secretary and Historian is responsible for the creation of Monthly ALD Newsletters and sending to ALD listserves for approval.
Treasurer: Shall be responsible for assisting the advisor in collecting membership dues and maintaining a balanced budget. Responsible for putting on social event in the academic year. Shall work with the advisor in reviewing E-Board finances and recommending budget proposals for the E-Board.

Requirements for all Positions:
- Guide the organization and the purpose of Alpha Lamba Delta
- Attend all bi-weekly chapter meetings. Meeting times will become weekly as needed.
- Conduct 1 hour of office hours in the First Year Experience Office on a weekly rotating basis.
- Attend and co-collaborate all social and community service events unless stated otherwise.
- Co-collaborate on providing chapter members information on the ALD Facebook Page, which includes social media postings for events, scholarships, and office hours.
- Plan, organize, promote, and facilitate one program in the academic year and collaborate with other e-board members and advisors for support as needed.
- Members shall maintain a commitment to 48-hour email response.
- Oversee and maintain the ALD Trello board with up to date documents and information.
- Represent ALD and Salem State University (SSU) in professional and respectable manner by abiding by the SSU community standards and policies.
- Registered in a course of study leading to a bachelor's degree for the amount of work equal to the average full load (12+ credit hours).
- Must have a minimum cumulative and semester grade point average (GPA) of 2.50.
